What the contract covers

POWER

$0.062/kWh floor, fully loaded

No separate cooling surcharge, no after-hours rate. The hosting rate you sign covers power draw plus 24/7 ops support. Rate is locked for the contract term.

LOCATION

US-based, cold climate, 65 MW total

All sites operate under US law, US LLC entity, US banking. Cold Northern Plains climate reduces cooling PUE. Five sites give deployment flexibility for large orders.

UPTIME

95% uptime SLA with ops credit

Downtime below the SLA threshold triggers billing credit. On-site monitoring and same-shift hardware response. Monthly uptime reports included.

CONTRACT

6 and 12-month terms. Pilot option.

Standard terms are 6 or 12 months. For new clients, a 3-month pilot at 100+ kW is available to validate the setup before scaling. No deposit required beyond first month.

THE OPERATOR

NMC Group. 8+ years of mining ops.

NMC Group LLC is the US holding entity for New Mining Company, founded by Denis Slabakov in 2017. The company started as a 1 MW rack in Russia and grew through Russia, Kazakhstan, and Georgia before consolidating into a 65 MW US operation in 2024. Denis holds an IEEE Senior Member designation (MIPT graduate) and has operated mining farms across five countries, three utility types, and two full BTC market cycles.
